These terms govern use of the azerops.com website. Services are governed by a separate master agreement signed with each client, which prevails over these terms in case of discrepancy.

The azerops.com website is published by AzerOps SARL, a company incorporated under Moroccan law with its registered office in Casablanca. The publication director is the company manager. Full legal identifiers are provided on request and appear on every contractual document.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Content is distributed from a delivery network including European points of presence.
Website intellectual property
The texts, structure and visual identity of this site are the property of AzerOps, with the exception of third-party trademarks referenced (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Talend, UiPath, PC SOFT and others), which remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned descriptively. No affiliation or official partnership is claimed by virtue of that mention.
Rates and quotes
Any figures communicated are information, not a contractual offer. The firm price of an assignment results from the framing phase and appears in the signed proposal. Rates may be revised annually within the limit of the Syntec index, with two months' notice.

Governing law
