A Moroccan engineering firm built for a demanding French buyer
AzerOps is an IT engineering services company based in Casablanca, working exclusively for European clients, mostly French. We built the company around three things nearshore usually does badly: framing, compliance and price transparency.
Why this company exists
Moroccan nearshore has a good technical reputation and a bad contractual one. The skills are real, the time zones are aligned, French is native. The problem lies elsewhere: nobody publishes prices, almost nobody can produce an Article 28-compliant DPA, and framing is treated as a free commercial gesture rather than as engineering work.
The outcome is predictable. The French IT director receives five non-comparable proposals, cannot get a clear answer to their security questionnaire, and ends up either paying a Paris firm twice the price or taking the risk and regretting it.
We built AzerOps on the opposite assumption: publish the prices, sell framing as a service in its own right, and provide the compliance documents before anyone asks. That loses us the deals decided on the lowest day rate. That is the point.
What we do differently
Framing that belongs to you
Day rates, entry-level fixed prices and maintenance subscriptions are on the site. You know within three minutes whether you are in the right order of magnitude.
Framing is invoiced
And it belongs to you, including if you award delivery to someone else. Free framing is framing written to close a deal, not to be accurate.
Compliance arrives before the question
DPA, standard contractual clauses, pre-filled security questionnaire: handed over before the first technical meeting. We have someone dedicated to it.
We turn work down
Out of scope, insufficient ROI, or a scope impossible to hold in the requested timeline. We say so during the qualification call, not at the third steering committee.
Two people per file
On every assignment over three months. A holiday, a departure or an illness must never stop your project.
Reversibility is written from day one
Notice period, contents of the exit pack, assistance duration: in the master agreement, not in an end-of-contract negotiation.
