We hire in Casablanca for assignments at French clients. Fluent French is a requirement on every role, not a bonus: you will speak directly to the client's teams.

Senior fullstack developer

Work in a dedicated team at French SaaS vendors, on their codebase, with their conventions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve Node, React or Java applications for French clients
  • Handle first-pass code review before handing over to the client
  • Take part in the client's rituals, in French
  • Document structural architecture decisions

Requirements

  • Five years minimum of professional development experience
  • Fluent spoken and written French — non-negotiable
  • Solid command of automated testing and code review
  • Experience working with an external client

Nice to have

  • TypeScript
  • ESN experience on French accounts
  • Professional English

Data engineer

Apply

Build and take over data pipelines at French clients: Talend, dbt, Spark, Airflow.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and document existing flow estates
  • Build tested, orchestrated pipelines
  • Set up freshness, uniqueness and volume tests
  • Write the semantic layer with the client's business teams

Requirements

  • Three years minimum in data engineering
  • Advanced SQL, Python
  • Fluent French — non-negotiable
  • Experience with at least one enterprise ETL (Talend, SSIS, Data Factory)

  • dbt
  • Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Cloud certification

WinDev / WebDev developer

Take over, maintain and evolve critical WinDev applications at French mid-market companies.

Responsibilities

  • Audit undocumented WinDev projects
  • Fix and enhance in batches, with joint acceptance
  • Run version upgrades without regression on reports
  • Expose REST APIs over the existing app when integration is requested

Requirements

  • Three years minimum in WLanguage
  • Command of HFSQL and at least one enterprise SQL database
  • Fluent French — non-negotiable
  • Documentation discipline: this role is largely about writing what nobody wrote

DevOps / Cloud engineer

Industrialise deployments and cloud infrastructure for French clients: Terraform, CI/CD, observability.

Responsibilities

  • Describe infrastructure in Terraform, in the client's repository
  • Build reproducible CI/CD chains
  • Set up metrics, logs, traces and alerts wired to runbooks
  • Run real restore tests

Requirements

  • Four years minimum in DevOps or cloud administration
  • AWS, GCP or Azure certification
  • Terraform and at least one CI/CD chain in production
  • Fluent French — non-negotiable

Nice to have

  • Kubernetes
  • FinOps
  • On-call in a critical environment
