Privacy policy

This policy describes how AzerOps collects and processes personal data of visitors to this website and of people who contact us. It does not cover data we process on behalf of our clients under service contracts: that is governed by the data processing agreement signed with each client, in which the client is controller and AzerOps is processor.

Data controller

For the processing described in this policy, the controller is AzerOps SARL, with registered office in Casablanca, Morocco. For any question, write to the contact address at the bottom of this page.

Data collected

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide and analytics data if you have accepted it.

  • Contact form: name, work email address, company, message content
  • Job application: name, email address, CV and covering message
  • Analytics, only after consent: pages viewed, referrer, device type, aggregated non-identifying data
  • Technical server logs: truncated IP address, timestamp, retained for security and abuse detection

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your commercial enquiry: pre-contractual measures at your request
  • Processing your job application: pre-contractual measures at your request
  • Measuring site audience: your consent, revocable at any time
  • Securing the site: legitimate interest in preventing abuse and intrusion

Retention periods

  • Commercial enquiries: three years from last contact
  • Unsuccessful applications: two years, unless earlier deletion is requested
  • Analytics: thirteen months maximum
  • Technical logs: six months

Recipients and processors

Your data is not sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes. It is accessible only to AzerOps staff who need it, and to the following technical providers acting as processors under contract: our host, our email provider, our transactional email tool and, if you accepted it, our analytics tool.

Transfers outside the European Union

AzerOps is established in Morocco, a country without a European Commission adequacy decision. Processing your contact data therefore involves a transfer outside the European Union, governed by the standard contractual clauses of decision 2021/914 and by supplementary measures: encryption in transit and at rest, named access with multi-factor authentication, and access logging.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to our contact address; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you reside in France, or the CNDP in Morocco.
